What VCSC does

• Approves and contracts the raw material suppliers.
• Sources the raw materials: dried sweet potato, dried cassava chips, cassava residue and pumpkin.
• Checks each raw material delivery on receipt.
• Manufactures the products at our manufacturing site in Dong Nai, under a food safety system certified to ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP.
• Inspects and analyses each lot before shipment.
• Supervises container loading at the plant.
• Handles export documentation, customs and shipping, as the shipper of record.
• Handles international sales, customer relationships, complaints and traceability requests.

VCSC is the buyer’s single point of contact. Requests for documents, traceability records or a site audit go through VCSC.

Traceability

Each export lot carries a production lot number traceable to the production run, the raw material delivery and the named raw material supplier. The lot number, container number and seal number are recorded on the packing list. VCSC keeps the complete shipment file for five years.
